Father of four children, with family at the center of the story.
Olivier is father of four children. His eldest is 38 and his youngest is 8, giving him a broad, lived perspective across generations, responsibility, patience, and change.
Profile
Practical leadership, built from the floor up.
Olivier began his career in hands-on operational roles before moving into warehouse management, project leadership, helicopter piloting, training, service delivery, and international operations management.
That range gives him a direct view of both execution and leadership: how teams actually work, where delivery risk appears, and how to align people, process, and customer expectations before problems become expensive.
In China, that practical leadership became even broader: English education, international teacher onboarding, cooperation with Chinese stakeholders, and the full operational reality of opening and running restaurants.
Music has remained a constant line through his life: first as a DJ in the 80s, later as singer and DJ, and today more focused on producing, mastering, remixing, and remastering.
Lately he has also been working on and with AI, creating his own AI tools through different options while exploring how artificial intelligence works and how it is changing daily life, work, and the future.
Nanning Since 2016
A decade of education, integration, and entrepreneurship in China.
Responsible for integrating international teachers in two newly built schools.
He supported the arrival, onboarding, and operational integration of foreign teaching teams in cooperation with Chinese stakeholders, bridging expectations between cultures, teams, and school leadership.
Opened two restaurants and managed the full daily operation.
From concept to service, Olivier has cooked, baked, made ice cream and chocolate, managed supplies, teams, customers, production quality, and the daily rhythm of hospitality operations.
Because available POS systems were too costly and not flexible enough, he created a full restaurant POS system in English and Chinese for his own operations.

Olivier first became active in music as a DJ in the 80s, later combining DJ work with singing and live performance experience.

Today his music activity is focused more on production work: shaping tracks, improving sound quality, remixing, mastering, and remastering existing material.

Olivier has worked with several well-known musicians and singers. Names are intentionally kept offline out of respect for confidentiality and professional agreements.
